Minecraft is becoming more and more realistic with all the different mods and texture packs. Now, this mod is going to make it even better! SeasonCraftory mod is a mod that will bring four seasons to your Minecraft world. Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter in your world! How’s that sound to you? I mean, if you are a person from a country where there is only one season, you will know how tedious life can be. Let’s not let that happen twice…At least not in the Minecraft world.

Most interestingly, the crops and fishes will become seasonal as well!

How to install SeasonCraftory Mod for Minecraft 1.2.5

Download the mod file from below.
Download ModLoader and Forge API.
Open minecraft.jar in the .minecraft folder.
Open ModLoader and drag the files into the jar.
Open Forge and do the same.
Finally, drag the downloaded mod files into the jar.
Enjoy!

I think the enchantments are too random. I’m so tired of not being able to pick the enchantments I need!!! But finally! This mod has brought the solution to my problem! The Better Enchanting Mod! This mod is very simple and cool. This mod changes the whole enchantment system. With this mod, you’ll be able to get rid of the random enchantments that you don’t need and pick the enchantments that you really need. Also, when you put an item to the enchanting table, you’ll see more enchantments than you did before. Not only few random enchantments but more with the enchantments that you’ll likely need. You can disenchant as well using this mod to get rid of the effects that you don’t want anymore. Also, you’ll be able to repair items without having to use powerful enchantments or having to spend a lot to remake them.

How to install Better Enchanting Mod for Minecraft 1.2.5

Download the mod file from below.
Open the bin folder found in .minecraft folder.
Open minecraft.jar with win-rar or 7-zip.
Delete meta-inf.
Install the contents of the mod file into the minecraft.jar.
Enjoy!

MultiMC 3.1 for Minecraft 1.2.5

Anyone who runs a lot of mods and finds themselves setting up separate .minecraft folders for their different mods should take a look at MultiMC. It’s a tool that can run multiple instances (.minecraft) of minecraft all easy accessible. It also makes it a breeze to install mods. The interface is very simple. You can click create a new interface, give it a name, and then it will install a .minecraft into the instances folder. You just double click the icon to launch the instance. You can also edit how much memory is allocated to the instance. Also, one of the main features is that you can install mods simply by opening the edit mods interface and dragging the .zip files into either the .jar section, the mods folder section or the resources section. If you still don’t know what I’m going on about here’s a nice spotlight by Direwolf20 that shows this tool in action:

How to Install MultiMC 3.1 for Minecraft 1.2.5

Windows:

1. Download the Windows version.

2. Put the .exe in a folder specifically for it.

3. Run it and you should be good!

Mac:

1. Install Mono.

2. Download the Mac version.

3. Run it and enjoy! (No folder needed for Mac)

Linux:

1. Install Mono.

2. Download the Linux version.

3. Put the .exe in a folder specifically for it. For Linux make sure the folder is named MultiMC

4. Run it and enjoy!

Free Runners Mod for Minecraft 1.2.5

Free Runners Mod adds free running also known as parkour into Minecraft, it gives you the ability to run up walls, grap a ledge and pull your self up. This mod was partially inspired by the assassin’s creed games, and also a desire to run up walls in Minecraft

Free Runners Mod adds a few items including ledges, so you can put ledges on the side of your building for your character to use his free running skills on. This mod also adds hay which you can jump into from a height and not take fall damage.

Edges can be placed and used as ladders. There are stones and woods for these edges.

If you need to jump down real fast, you’d need this to jump on. Else you could..well…die.

You can balance yourself using these bars.
You can place them on next to another piece of bar, to make it longer.

Finally you need the glove to move in freerunner style

Download ModLoader
Download Free Runners Mod
Open .minecraft /bin
Open the Minecraft.jar folder
Delete META INF
Drag over the ModLoader files
Go to .minecraft / mods
Drag the mod files into /mods
Done!

Floating Ruins Mod for Minecraft 1.2.5

Floating Ruins (by bspkrs, formerly DaftPVF) is a really cool mod that spawns biome related floating islands with dungeons on top. It does this by selecting an area of the biome, grabbing a random bit of it and then elevating it into the air! The mobs you find inside are also biome related! Here’s one I found, looks pretty sweet!

This mod is really great if you’re one of the types that prefers the adventure side of minecraft. I highly recommend everyone to give this mod a try if you want a bit more variety in your world.

Download the Floating Ruins mod.
Place the .zip inside your mods folder and enjoy!
