You can use any skin of your choice, and with a simple install you will have your custom mob in game!

You can pick and choose your own custom texture for any of the following mobs: Creepers, Zombies and Skeletons, ZombiePigman, Ghast, Blaze, and so much more!
To change the texture is very simple, simply download the mod and open up the .zip folder inside of it, and then rename your downloaded texture to the mob name that you want and then simply drag and drop it into the ‘mods’ folder. If done correctly then you will have your very own unique mob texture!

PROS: This mod is fully updated to Minecraft 1.5.2 and can be installed simply with a drag and drop! The compatibility of this modification is through the roof, as it has no problems sitting side by side with any other mods! The ability to quickly change textures in game is a new idea and if expanded could really help push forward Minecraft.
CONS: There aren’t any negatives with this mod, it provides the option but the quality really depends on texture choice! No changelogs are public however.
