The Rise of the pigmen map is a truly extraordinary map, and one to remember. Using an amazing sense of heavy roleplay, the map creator(s) have based their map around the introduction of the nether portal. However, seeing as the map has been made as an adventure map and has an amazing amount of roleplaying stored under its belt the information has been slightly twisted to your own amusement and interest. Surely this map could possibly be the most amazing one out there? Its up to you however, it completely depends on how you play the map. Can you survive the Rise of the pigmen II?
The map, built inside a border of a tall and menicing mountain range holds any unique towns and cities whom hold their own quests and all link up to form a huge main storyline for you to follow. The map has had some serious detail and effort put into it and you can almost instantly tell once spawning in your first town. The setting of the map is based around a young mage named Halmos Alphos who was spoken to by a strange voice in his mind, about a new world that could be entered through by a very mysterious gateway, of course to discover a new world is something you would simply cast aside, and so the mages eagerly set out to create this great gateway. Once the gate was created, it was just as eagerly lit and thousands of mutated creatures began to pour out of the new world which was soon to be called, the deadlands.
