Wasted Real Gun Texture Pack 1.8, 1.7.10 and 1.7.2

This texture pack is meant for a gamemode called Wasted. Wasted is a team based “loot and kill” gamemode. It is directly based off of the Arma gamemode also called Wasted. Minecraft is theme’d losely on a medevil era. It was only a matter of time that someone added guns. Just remember that the guns don’t shoot unless you’re on a Wasted server. The textures are direct imports but they sure add to the realism of the gamemode. I was especially enjoying that there is a Mosin rifle. If only they had an Orbez though.

On the far right is our beloved Mosin Nagant.

Things like the rocket launcher actually cause terrain damage in the gamemode. The texture isn’t too bad either.

A number of the guns have scopes that let you zoom in for a kill.

There is a large number of guns in this pack. Definitely not meant fr survival though.

Notice the trigger on the pistol. On of the packs biggest problems is that it has such high resolution. The edges of the pixels tend to look messy and jagged.

It is especially apparent with this scoped SCAR.

Wasted Real Gun Texture Pack for Minecraft 1.8, 1.7.10 and 1.7.2 Pros and Cons

I wouldn’t mind a nice dose of realism. All of the textures are fairly well done. You might get to thinking though. “How did the developer make these fantastic textures?” They were ported directly from the internet. Minimal work was put into the guns’ textures. The edges of the textures aren’t too pleasing either.

Pros

  • Extreme high definition

Cons

  • Minimal effort was put into this
  • The edges of the textures are disappointing
