Texture packs are designed to simply introduce a new theme Into the game of minecraft. As much as the texture pack is amusing to use; it serves very little purpose to the initial game of minecraft. Let alone become in any way productive to how you play the game. Like all things, especially minecraft; is based around either one, or a list of themes in which the game or mod is built around. However, when a texture pack is designed around one single, important and very productive idea; a great texture pack; become an extraordinary texture pack. If daily occurring jobs could be made easier, and more efficient simply by introducing a few new textures. Or in this case; removing them.
The XRay Texture Pack (StrongestCraft) for Minecraft 1.8.3, 1.7.10 and 1.7.2, is a one of kind texture pack. Instead of simply implementing new textures in which will replace the default texture pack; the StrongestCraft texture pack actually removes at least 90% of the default textures. Often players will download the “xray mod”, in which is often illegal in most of the minecraft servers available today. Players who use this risk being banned, and usually servers have protection and sometimes manage to disable Xray mods completely. By removing the centre of every natural and non-natural block in minecraft except for ores and gems; the texture pack replaces almost every Xray mod. Simply because it’s almost 3 times for undetectable to server administrators. Not only this, but the StrongestCraft texture pack is extremely easy to use and install.
StrongestCraft Texture Pack Features for Minecraft 1.7.9, 1.7.2 and 1.6.4
When using the texture pack; unfortunately, obviously the texture pack will not work as the Xray mod does. Once the texture pack has been selected; you have no way to replace it unless going into your menu. However, this problem is not very big and can easily be ignored seeing as xray can finally be used without any way of an admin stopping it.
The artist of the texture pack has released the StrongestCraft texture pack in 2 resolution versions. Usually texture packs are released with a list of different resolutions. However, as the texture pack has not been changed at all, apart from removing the centre of most blocks. The resolutions of the texture pack; 16x, and 64x allow users to experience this amazing texture pack even if their computer can’t handle a higher resolution texture pack. The texture pack can often be tricky to use, some blocks are hard to see, and often when in a cave or above ground, it can become hard to navigate the ordinary obstacles.
StrongestCraft Texture Pack Usage for Minecraft 1.8.3, 1.7.10 and 1.7.2
When using the StrongestCraft texture pack; you still must be careful you are not being too obvious when on a minecraft server. Often administrators of servers will still notice how you go straight in one direction and end up finding tons of rich ores without placing a torch. Try to make yourself less obvious to Xray when using the texture pack and try not to tease other players. It’s most likely they will immediately contact an administrator and you could become banned.
Seeing through the earth of the ground is made much easier for you. Simply gaze through the centre of the blocks, and search for ores such as; Iron, gold, diamond, redstone and coal. If you are trying to search for a particular block or possibly a server base. You could try editing the texture pack and paste in the default texture of whichever particular block you are searching for. This may be a very smart idea to do, seeing as you may not always be searching for ores when using the texture pack.
